These policies are in place out of respect for our stylists and clients. Cancellations with little notice often prevent another client from using that slot. They also inconvenience our stylists and reduce their revenue. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING

If you must cancel or reschedule, please alert us no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge based on the service in question.

POST-SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

All post-service adjustments must be made within one week of initial appointment or additional charges may be applied.
